  Having a limited amount of time for lunch, I decided to call my party's order in. I was advised the food would be ready for pickup within 20 minutes. We arrived around 12:20 PM and promptly paid. The hostess said we could take a seat at the bar while the order was being put together. A waitress soon approached and asked if we needed anything. I told her I had called in an order and was just waiting. Since the order was taking longer than I was told, I let her know that we were going to eat on site. The food was finally brought out after almost 40 minutes from the time I called in. I'm assuming it had been prepared in time but just sitting out since it was cold when we got it. Noticing no silverware had been packed, I approached the bar and asked the waitress if we could have some. Hesitatingly, she responded that she could give us silverware but nobody else would be serving us. The manager then approached and advised me that because I had already paid for our food, they were not expecting to make anymore money off of us and would have to eat our food off site. Talk about appreciation for your customers! We offered to provide an additional tip to the staff (after having already left one when I paid up front) but we were still asked to leave. I'm assuming the manager eventually realized how much of an absurd request he was making to paying customers since he finally told us we could stay but not before warning us that we would not be able to call our orders in ahead of time for future visits. How modest of him to assume that we would be coming back. Being denied additional service, we quickly ate our food without drinks. At least now I know to go somewhere else next time I want to grab some wings and beer with my dad.

  Won't ever go back. Walked into an empty restaurant, hostess says there's a five minute wait for a table. Then, it took about eight minutes to be greeted. Drinks came but never got a refill until we got out bills. Our server obviously forgot to ring our order in because it took a good 40 minutes for our food. She was very kind but has no business working in the serving industry...completely clueless to guests needs. Food was cold and dry, up charge for two tiny pieces of bacon for my burger, mac n cheese was equivalent to Kraft's easy mac, and we left in a horrible mood...a mood that food shouldn't put you in.

  I have been here about 3-4 times. I have not been to their bar (due to being under aged) but i do enjoy the food and they have a great family friendly atmosphere. I have had no problems there. The first time i came here i got blazing. The hottest sauce they had. The waiter was very nice keppt bringing me ranch and milk. Turned out i couldn't bear it so they felt bacd and gave me a small box on the house. This time i went the waitress had a short friendly convo about beauty and the beast my sister just got done seeing with her fiance. They are great waitresses and waiters.
