I called and let them know and a woman named Ashley answered and when I told her she accused me of lying, and said she saw it in my bag. She then said "what? Do you want a second one?" Why would I lie about Mac and cheese?! She was so nasty for no reason. I called to let them know because I had to pay extra. There was no need to be rude about this. Why would you treat a costumer like that? I was in no shape of form anyway rude to her, I was shocked.February 16, 2017
