  I have been working at this Coldstone on and off for 4-5 years now. Christianas review is one of an unhappy employee, and isn't very factual at all. This is one of the best places to work for your first job. They have never hid how much you make and are upfront about how much you will make when they interview you. Every night I work I walk away with more than enough tips to make minimum wage. I was told if I don't, to talk to the manager and they will make up the difference. Nancy, the manager, has been around longer than I have and is the best manager I have ever worked with. She is very understanding and you can tell she cares about everyone that works there. I have never seen her yell or curse. She and the owners do their very best to work around everyone's schedule. I honestly have never had a more flexible job. You tell them when you can and cannot work, and they will work with you.
  
  Icecream is great and made fresh daily. Many people don't know that. The atmosphere is friendly and honestly one of the best staff members you will see at a "restaurant/food" type setting. Come by and see us.
