  It's McDonald's what else is there to say. The staff is nice. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The tables though wasn't clean though but other than that would recommend it if you want fast food.

  Worst McDonald's in Lakeland. All the workers here are complete idiots. -_- I had to explain 3 times that I wanted a ICED coffee, not a hot one, and the girl still rung it up as a hot one. Then they have me wait 5 minutes in the first lane while taking 2 other orders in the other lane. Seriously?! I just left.

  Never once has this place had good service. When the assistant manager doesn't know how to read the screen than makes your oatmeal with cold water than forgets to put your cup under the latte machine all in one stop... yea they have mastered the inability to even try to get better.
  Not sure why I allow myself to ever go back here. Failure is their number one attribute. If I'm honest I really want to give them 0 stars.

  The worst Mcdonalds EVER. A Rotten Tomato on my Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwhich and a pile of mystery Sauce (Mayonnaise?or?) on my son's Db'l Cheeseburger. WTF... Franchise owners must be Middle Eastern .
