  I had the worst experience at this mc donalds Saturday night , 3 / 11/ 17.The place was absolutely filthy !! Nobody seemed to be doing their job. I waited 20 minutes on two filet o fish..Trash was all over the floor , all over the drink section , all over the tables. Nothing but , pure laziness. This is not the first bad experience with this mc donalds...About three years ago I pulled up and a couple of the employees were smoking dope in the front parking lot , then went right back in and started making orders. The service sucked then and it still sucks today... This visit Saturday night was the straw that broke the camel's back. Never again will I step foot on that location. And for anybody that ask me , I'll tell them the same thing , avoid at all cost. Go to the one in front of home depot.

  This is one of the newer McDonald's where you order by touch screen and they bring the food to the table. Interesting idea but it seems to take way longer to get your food now.

  Only giving it stars because it has cool kiosks to order from and most of the staff was nice. Food is ok. Helpful? Not so much. They tried to get our order done and told us they apologized because we had to wait another minute and a half after ordering for hash browns to finish- 10 minutes later all the other customers who ordered after us were out the door, and our hands still empty. Then the woman behind the counter told us she already gave us our food or at least prepped the order, but I insisted we didn't receive it. They remade it for us, which I appreciate, but a simple apology after making us wait 15 minutes for 2 biscuits and 2 hash browns and then having a sly remark for our complaint was not the best. Probably will not be returning here.
